Back in 1938, widening Olive Ave. (Tower District) a mere 2’ was front-page news!

Olive Ave. remained a tight, narrow, 2-lane street.  Traffic was slow through Fresno’s “historic” Tower District but the thought of widening the street again was absurd.  The streets were lined with store-front properties – the destruction it would cause was unthinkable, the public (let alone property owners) would never agree.

So how it is possible that Olive Ave. now has a middle lane?

Actually, countless people saw it being widened 1 block at a time over the past several decades.  But it was done so slowly, it did not call attention to what was taking place – the fires, reconstruction, the annihilations / takeovers.  Below – do you remember all these fires?  Keep in mind this does not include all the fires down the residential streets as parcels were being rebuilt on top of the revised underground infrastructures.

As the fires and reconstruction continued, property lines were being shifted in a “ripple affect.”  Below – this is not to scale, just an idea of what one block looked like “Before and After.”  Including Olive Ave. widened; side streets widened; relocation of utility poles, storm drains, etc.

It had been going on for decades when, in 1991, the City of Fresno wanted to RE-ASSURE the public that Olive Ave. would never be widened.

And here, in 2006, you see Mayor Alan Autry backing up perjury to deny the annihilation of several property owners (including my family and me) in order to tear the properties apart  and rebuild with trash on top of cross-connected gas lines for another Olive Ave. fire, followed by illegal takeovers – then have me threatened if I ever contacted or pled for help again.

Upon exposing trails of dead victims, pawns and participants, including evidence behind so many fires, murders and deaths that followed victims being deliberately exposed to deadly sewage (timed and deliberate) – fraudulent and forged legal documents / insurance papers of dead victims – corrupt insurance agents, attorneys and title companies behind illegal takeovers – multi-million dollar cover-up of evidence behind the fires and murders ensued.

The City of Fresno then had more records altered, “historic” aerial views altered, photos discarded or scanned/altered to the current layout as “proof” that Olive Ave. was never widened.

NOTE:  Although this is taking place FAR beyond Fresno’s “Historic” Tower District – stay tuned, this area (and beyond) is also being taken over for the high-speed rail project.  Killings, properties turned over to participants, then the City can step in with more imminent domain takeovers at little cost, without any protest. That would also explain why exposing the atrocities was treated as the biggest crime of all!

Also keep in mind that the mold problem mentioned below was the result of Mr. Swieso having the newly-clamped water lines on my family’s property loosened, covered in cement so it would  not be detected, in order to create the problem.  Behind my back, he was conspiring with the property insurance agent, Ron Lamm of DiBuduo & DeFendis Insurance, in cancellation and non-renewal of coverage ~ using a method that others need to be aware of.

Not mentioned here is one of Mr. Swieso’s techniques in “helping” his confused clients obtain Long Term Care insurance before they “forget” to pay their premium. Always there to help, he is licensed in “reverse mortage.”

My monthly property insurance premium statements for my family’s 2 commercial properties arrived by mail – promptly paid.

Upon renewal, the premium changed somewhat (a few dollars.) Suddenly, I stopped receiving the monthly billings. Not wanting to be a pest, I continued making payments online ~ unfortunately, in the wrong amount. Surely I would be contacted if there was a problem, but that is not how this worked out. It was at this time, my property insurance agent began sending MY BUSINESS to MR. SWIESO’S office.  Despite repeated requests to STOP, he continued! In time, due to a few dollars discrepancy in my monthly payments, rather than contact me a 30-day notice was mailed to me.  Naturally, I never saw it.  My mail was being intercepted.
Then came the CANCELLATION NOTICE! Mr. Lamm (as well as his secretary) REFUSED to assist; then they refused to acknowledge me. Clearly, their focus was on accommodating Mr. Swieso regarding MY ACCOUNT.

It was at this time, mold began consuming 1 of the 2 structures; the tenant told me he feared the wall would collapse. Of course it would ~ and without insurance, he could then sue and own all, just as Mr. Swieso’s group boasts of doing to others.


By this point, finally realizing that Mr. Swieso was behind the years of hell from tenants ~ ongoing damages and fraudulent lawsuits filed against me, I quit.  I mention that because Mr. Lamm continued sending MY business to Mr. Swieso.  Once the coverage had been cancelled, Mr. Swieso delivered the above memo to me in person, because he “knew it was important.” AND HE KNEW I WAS NOT RECEIVING THE INFORMATION! I was being by-passed as this man had once again, taken control OF MY AFFAIRS behind my back.


The policy had been CANCELLED with no chance for reinstatement. Knowing of my financial problems (as a result of the ongoing hell he was behind), the memo continues with Mr. Swieso’s so-called “concern” for me.  As though I did not make my insurance payments because I could not afford it is not true.  He set me up.  This is a beautiful example of how Mr. Swieso, while in the midst of destroying me, STILL wanted recognition as the innocent, caring and concerned “friend.” He wanted to be THANKED for his help and concern. Once again wanting to be seen for all his “help” when in fact, HE was the very cause behind this.

At this point, I still did not know the legal documents were fraudulent.  After convincing me that my siblings had set out to destroy me (he was playing both ends against one another), he used his (fake?) attorney to prepare legal documents, overriding an Irrevocable Trust, appointing Mr. Swieso “Successor Trustee” of my family’s 2 estate properties.  I agreed to this only as a temporary arrangement, until I got back on my feet after 14 yrs just spent as a care provider to my family.  

Everything was falling apart.  I had just mortgaged my home in order to pay for the ongoing damages to my family’s 2 estate properties.  But without property insurance coverage, and all my efforts to seek replacement coverage being declined, it was clear that I was headed for annihilation.  This explains why the”planted” tenant made it clear from day 1, he wanted to buy the buildings when I got “ready” to sell them.


Escrow dragged out for 1 yr because no one would tell me about the fraudulent legal documents.

After replacing the first realtor due to ongoing lies, the second one continued the deceit, resulting in cheating my family and me in excess of $1 million.  The realtor also represented the buyer, who was lying about financing.  I was prohibited from seeing the appraisal.  On and on. 

In the end, the new deeds to the properties entailed illegally revised parcel maps to match the new property lines. And fraudulent financing information ~ this explains why both realtors not only lied about the value of the properties but refused to help or look into my claims that I was sure the buyer did not qualify to purchase 1 of the properties, let alone BOTH!  But they had me pinned into a corner ~ I was about to lose everything, including my home behind these 2 properties.

As I have said all along, it was not intended that I would still be alive. I was being administered unknown chemcials throughout all of this, leaving me a horrible mess.  With the fraudulent legal documents appointing Mr. Swieso, “Successor Trustee” of these properties ~ and my final departure underway, Mr. Swieso was taking me out of town while my home was also torn apart and rebuilt on top of the secretly-replaced water system.  More insurance fraud followed.

Robbed, raped, loss of properties, suspected homicide of family members, left unemployable due to the years of poisoning/hidden cameras, home left a shambles, in fear for my life as death threats continue for exposing this.  Prior to this my home was valued in excess of $225,000 paid for free and clear ~ one contractor told me I would be lucky to sell it for $35,000.  Left unemployed, with a mortgage, clearly there is no way out of this nightmare.  Mr. Swieso and his mob still need me off this final property in order to have the parcel map altered to line up to the new property lines ~ the hell has never ended.  As Mr. Swieso’s

accomplice told me, I will be meeting the others, “in another world.” This is only 1 example of how Swieso is “acquiring” property and funding his “secret sideline.”

Keeping the new Highway litter-free.  This is where WGS, former appraiser for the City of Fresno, “volunteered” his services. 
 
While wanting recognition for all his “efforts” and “concern” over litter on the new Highway, no one ever saw beyond the smokescreen.  What’s new.
 
Recap:  Prior to building the new Highway, the City of Fresno had to clear the way.  They bought homes and had them demolished.  Then, as the new Highway was being built, WGS stepped into the picture.  Volunteering for Adopt-A-Highway, he specifically requested that the portion of the Highway assigned to him, be located near the heavy construction work.  Key words:  Near the HEAVY EQUIPMENT!
 
Near the time Mr. Swieso was situated, the City of Fresno began auctioning off vacant lots lining the new Highway.  Mr. Swieso bought some.  He and his crew spent their weekends excavating and secret replacement of the water system, without permits or inspections.  Property lines were changed.  All of this was then tied into the City’s main lines, followed by altered public records to make it appear that nothing took place.  (Just as he did to my family’s properties – when the road was torn up and the heavy equipment was there for the major work.  Who would ever suspect anything.)  Mr. Swieso then re-sold the vacant parcels. And resigned from Adopt-A-Highway.
 
So proud of his accomplishments, Mr. Swieso took me on a tour, showing me all the lots he altered and secretly connected without the City of Fresno’s knowledge or consent.  He even had a flag on the one next to Manchester Shopping Center, proud as could be.  And yet that property was not even his to have been “working” it over like he did.  But then, neither were ours.  That is how it works – hence, the trail of ID theft, forgeries, and suspected homicide. 
 
I later learned first hand how Mr. Swieso and his crew are annihilating targeted property owners in order to seize control of property and assets to pull this off.  Homes/offices are torn apart to alter the water system.  Once the property has been reconstructed (without permits or inspections), it is re-sold as “original” on deeds that have been altered to reflect the new property lines.

Mr. Swieso told me lots of things in those days.  I was being poisoned and kept in a condition that left me oblivious to what he was taking about ~ in preparation for what he did to my family’s, neighbor’s and my property.  While exploiting me as “crazy” to all, never did he imagine me getting away before he finished what he started.  With fraudulent legal documents, fraudulent life insurance policy, and told I would soon be meeting the others, “IN ANOTHER WORLD”, he was so sure that I would not be alive long enough to repeat anything, he was telling me things that he would have otherwise never revealed.  Such as the illegal water diversion, for upcoming development where he owned property. 
 
Jeffry C. Winslow did the same thing to me – even having me filmed with hidden cameras and recording me.  From what I understand, he has many years (decades) of my entire family being filmed with hidden cameras.  (See blog re: Fresno’s “People Watchers” linked to the illegally swtiched / relocated / reconnected utility poles throughout town.)  Mr. Winslow also enjoyed telling me things he would have otherwise never revealed, such as what he did to people, with plans of doing the same to me.  Hint:  http://marlalk.wordpress.com/2008/05/22/from-rags-to-riches-real-estate-theft-in-fresno/  (There is more – gruesome.)  
 
I narrowly escaped, only to face the next nightmare – reporting these people (including the suspected homicides and attempted murder, destruction/reconstruction of our properties to pull this off), resulted in backfiring.  Mayor Autry had the risk analyst, who lied and set us up for total annihilation behind all of this, issue a Restraining Order issued against me – deeming ME the criminal, further prohibiting me from help or even filing a report for what took place.  (I feel like Jeffry Dahmer’s victim who briefly got away before being thrown back into the pit.)
 
Back to the Highway issue.  Even without being poisoned, I do not claim to be an expert at this “secret” water diversion taking place or who is responsible for what, or I would not still be wondering something.  If the City of Fresno wanted the sewer and water lines on nearby parcels connected, why didn’t they take care of that PRIOR to selling the various properties at auction.  Same for altering property lines!  Why would WGS’s services be needed for something like this.  Or perhaps a better question would be this – since the City of Fresno claims to know what this man is running, why do they nor Adopt-A-Highway have any idea of what WGS did during his tenure with Adopt-A-Highway.  Why do they call me a “liar” about what he is doing to CITY PROPERTY!  Put altered records in front of the office personnel and that is all they have to go by.  They are unknowingly supporting the fraudulently-altered records!
 
It is now clear that Mr. Swieso has tied in his own secret water operation into the City of Fresno’s secret water operation, which allows him to get by with gruesome crimes.  The City is so paranoid of their operation being exposed, they immediatley cover up any reports pertaining to Mr. Swieso’s actions /alterations.  There appears to be no accountability behind these departments, allowing anyone to step in and take over.
 
 



 
Surely, this is why Mr. Swieso and his entourage laugh at Mayor Alan Autry.  They have him protecting the very people who refer to him as “easy” and their “puppet.”  They also describe his wife in a manner that ….. eh …. let’s just say that the Mayor would be well advised to purchase a radio frequency detector. (Perhaps when he is through helping Mr. Swieso and the risk analysts in clearing out my family’s remaining property and wiping the remainder of us out.)
