Massive real estate fraud operation taking place in Fresno, CA.

– ID theft
– Forged deeds
– Fraudulent legal documents
– Fraudulent financing information
– Unauthorized street widening entails cutting back front lawns – alleys narrowed to compensate. Countless structures removed as others expanded, shifted in a “ripple effect” – changing property lines as this continues down the block. Altered plat/parcel maps in escrow cover up the above – older documents discarded. THIS IS WHY THERE ARE NO OLDER RECORDS OF FRESNO, CA! They have been replaced / covered up as the entire city has been turned inside out.  Aerial views have also been altered!
– No record for any of this i.e., major reconstruction, street widening, relocation of storm drains and fire hydrants, relocation of street lights, utility poles.  Only more lies and more altered records to make it appear that things have always been this way.

Take a good look around – no old, well-establised lawns remain, sheet rock shows through – no previous layers of paint inside or outside, new (crooked) roofs, unique and well-made amentities switched with inferior products and materials. Building, health, environmental and safety code violations being disregarded. All of this is setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines – carried out by a group who is not authorized or even LICENSED! In some cases, sewer and water lines have been replaced with corroded lines, followed by the City of Fresno repeatedly reminding property owners that THEY are responsible for the mainentance of this nightmare.

With disclosure laws being kicked aside – these damaged, re-built and/or patched structures continue being sold as “original” to unsuspecting buyers.

Old, unaltered plat books and photographs of Fresno, CA are needed.
