Mayor Autry had family annihilated; then had survivor called “liar” and “crazy”
Alan Autry, former star (Bubba) of the action series, “In the Heat of the Night” became the Mayor of Fresno, CA in 2000. His main projects have been a so-called “infrastructure upgrade” and “citywide upgrade” (which go hand-in-hand) as he feigns concern over our valley’s “water shortage.” Threatening not to pay taxes until the water issues are addressed; threatening not to wear a coat and tie until the water issues are addressed. What excitement; what drama. What crap. Behind the facade is a 50+/- yr operation entailing “secret” altering of the city water system – now being illegally tied into the main lines during the infrastructure upgrade.
Mayor Autry’s friend/associate is Wilbert G. Swieso, former employee of the City of Fresno. Mr. Swieso and his office manager (insurance company) told me back in 1991 that Alan Autry was coming to Fresno to fulfill an elected position, specifically, he would be the Mayor or the City Manager. More drama with his so-called opponent, Daniel Whitehurst. Mayor Autry was obviously prepped for his new role and “secrets” he would be misguiding the public about. In reality, he was another one who stepped right into the Swieso trap. Behind Mayor Autry’s back, Swieso was referring to MAYOR Autry as another one of his ”puppets” – Mayor Autry dutifully remained loyal to Swieso, making sure that my reports pertaining to the atrocities being carried out by Swieso were discredited. What was done to my family and me was/is barbaric. Beyond cruel and inhumane. Before going any further, below is a recap of what I reported.
“Suspected homicide” of my family members, poisoning and attempted murder of me. Hidden cameras, tapped phones. Robbed of everything I owned; items switched with trash – beyond jewelry, appliances, furniture, clothing - this went down to doors/windows, fireplace flue, toilets, sinks, faucets, rain gutters, flooring, central heat/air. VIN altering (verified by CHIP.) With plans of having me eliminated as well, fraudulent legal documents; fraudulent insurance policy; told I would be meeting the others, “IN ANOTHER WORLD!” I reported that my home as well as my family’s 2 income properties next door had been stripped/gutted in order to replace sewer/water lines. Damages so horrendous, coupled with Swieso’s corruption resulted in losing our 2 income properties to his group. The sewer vent in my yard went from 2′ to 10′ from the fence; sewer manholes and water meter in alley had been relocated; Olive Ave. had been widened (which could not have been done without massive damages/reconstruction to our store-front properties. Sewer and water lines switched with corroded lines, now clamped together; insurance sabotaged so I am not able to file a claim for ANY of this! Home left a shambles. Pets killed/harmed. Property lines altered; lawn on residential street cut back; alley went from 20′ to 15′to compensate. Storm drain as well as rain gutter on corner relocated. Utility poles altered/relocated as this group demanded I not contact PG&E (which resulted in an additional $900+/- to my bill that month.) Ongoing illness, cellulitis of both feet, respiratory due to repeated sewage back spills the risk analyst lied about. (My uncle’s hospitalizations coincided with sewage back spills; my neighbor ended up dead.) She also lied about the countless photographs taken each time she came out prior to the burglaries and altering of our properties. It was not intended that I would still be alive either – like vultures these properties were stripped as I was raped, violated and called a “liar.”
Each time the sewage backed up, the risk analyst took countless photographs of every inch of the property, inside and outside, while demanding that I never discuss any of this with anyone other than her. Yet she would not help or answer my questions – her anger continued to increase as she insisted that sewer/water lines had not been altered. My documents with property measurements had been stolen; photographs scanned/altered as though nothing changed. “Planted” tenants and neighbors claimed nothing took place. I have lived here my entire life and without being poisoned, no one was going to tell me that this did not take place. Finally, after 3 yrs, I obtained a copy of an unaltered sewer layout, which verified EXACTLY what I had been reporting – that resulted in more anger.
Pleas for help from Mayor Autry resulted in him having this very risk analyst turn the tables and file a Restraining Order against me – deeming ME a “danger” to HER! The senior risk analyst, Kerry Trost, accused me of making all of this up, further calling me “crazy” and “liar.” When I asked about the countless photographs that “vanished” he said he used to work at a claims office, so he could assure the courtroom that it was not uncommon not to have photographs of the cause of damages – their only concern was the actual damages. Not only is that a lie, the risk analyst had no photographs of damages either. We were set up for annihilation – plain and simple. The same thing was done to my neighbor – property gutted and rebuilt; new deed looks forged. The man across the street was shot/killed when this was done to his properties. The attorney who conspired with Swieso in the preparation of fraudulent legal documents for my family’s properties, David A. Silva, was also the attorney for the murdered man’s estate as well as the estate attorney for the mother of another deceased man across the street. Coincidence or not, it was near the time that this began to be uncovered, Mr. Silva closed his office – never to be seen again. He has since been disbarred with several cases pending against him.
This sewer layout verifies what was done, which entailed the massive damages and major reconstruction I had been reporting all along:

Altering a city’s water system in this manner entails turning the entire city inside out – no structure is left standing as it was when built. (Hence, no older records of Fresno.) So unless the alterations have taken place in-between sales, property owners are annihilated. The city is actually paying this risk analyst to lie and set up property owners for their final departure. Property is then robbed, gutted, rebuilt on top of clamped sewer/water lines. Trail of ID theft, forged deeds of people never seen again, illegal conversion of assets. This may explain the countless forgeries and altered legal documents as Mr. Swieso recited his motto: “You can’t live for the dead.” (Mr. Swieso is a long-time estate planner, financial consultant, Long Term Care broker, broker-dealer who “specializes” in the elderly.)

Hi, John. I agree – the woman needs to be stopped and held accountable.
Yet the City actually backs her up. No doubt the City is involved in most of this – that is how Wilbert Swieso has managed to take things even further, without their knowledge. He is the genious in the group – he has been overriding the Planning Dept. for years and having records altered to cover up the evidence.
Swieso appears to have “piggybacked” his own felony operation into the City’s corruption. The City is so paranoid of being caught, they panic and call me a “liar” about ANYTHING I report. They have NO concern about the lives this is costing – they assist in ELIMINATING witnesses! The term “animal” applies to all of those involved in this. Layer upon layer of fraud and corruption at the cost of human lives.

There was Jon F.M. who conspired with Swieso in hiring me back in 1982. Jon served his purpose; he called me 2 weeks prior to blowing his head off. Age 50. He kept saying he couldn’t tell me, I would not understand.
Dee was another puppet who was used and discarded. Like me, she pled for help saying she had been poisoned with intent to kill. Deceased, age 39.
There are more. A rotation system that opens the door for remaining family members. The “honest” estate planner / financial consultant is there to help, just as he did to me. From the crude comments I overheard regarding the “puppet’s” wife ~ she is on the “menu.”

That risk analyst animal deserves to spend 25 years to life in prison and should be ordered by the courts to pay for your medical bills and City Of Fresno should be held financially responsible for your medicines and medical treatments.
Those offenders of whom you described should also face the same punishment.
