Property lines were altered; streets widened, relocation of fire hydrants, storm drains, utility poles, etc. Properties left setting on clamped sewer/water lines.

Can you imagine that the City of Fresno denied that ANY of this took place. This, as you can see, is why Autry uses a fake work crew – public records are immediately altered which allow the City to claim no knowledge or responsibility for the damages, code violations, real estate theft, murders on private property. Reporting it is the crime. They DO NOT ALLOW REPORTS!

Most people in Fresno know that Olive Ave. (Tower Dist.) was widened. Yet the City denies it!?!

With my photos stolen or scanned/altered, all paperwork stolen, Alan Autry had the senior risk analyst, Kerry Trost, issue a Restraining Order against me, calling ME a “liar.” Trost smirked, “You will never prove it.” After the suspected homicides of my family and neighbors, poisoning and attempted murder of me, forged and fraudulent legal documents, loss of properties (taken by fraud), robbed, raped, left for dead as I was told I would be meeting the others, “in another world”, it was me who appeared the criminal.

The truth is that this went much further and began much earlier. These were the last properties on the block to be altered so the water lines could tie into the main line – done during Autry’s “infrastructure upgrade” in front of these properties. Research shows the same names linked to the annihilation of my family to the unsolved Polzin murder across the street, when this was done to his property. Despite a reward for information, it is not wanted or allowed. More death threats for exposing the TRUTH!

Throughout all of this are the same “planted” neighbors, used as “credible witnesses” that none of this took place i.e., street widening, major reconstruction, burglaries, and more. Because they are involved in all of it – including the same alterations on their properties, tied into the Polzin property. Then there is my online stalker who lived 2 doors from Olive Ave., claiming that none of this took place. Olive Ave. was not widened?!? That is the first clue of how desperate he is to discredit me – he was involved in what took place on my family’s properties! Below is a look at the parcel map where he lived – he has the audacity to claim that nothing took place there either? It does not take an expert to see that every single property line was altered; 2 structures removed; and there were ongoing sewage back spills as this was going on! This man not only calls me a “liar” about all of the above, he has the audacity to claim I murdered my own family members! Going as far as to contact people on MySpace and slander me, while providing them with my full name, address and telephone number! Read between the lies – read what he has to say about ME MURDERING MY OWN FAMILY! Which Autry is using as “proof?”

Alan Autry made sure I was prohibited from help, justice for my family members, or restitution for what was done. He makes sure I am closely monitored and sabotaged in every attempt to survive this nightmare. With no options left but posting online, this is the contribution from Autry / City of Fresno.

My family, neighbors and I were on our own properties when the City had us wiped out in order to replace the water system. According to Swieso, head of Autry’s fake work crew, this is behind upcoming water diversion – behind more lies told to the public. That is why Autry is so desperate to cover all of this up and use me as his scape goat for what took place. He had a R.O. issued against me, calling me a “liar” about what his own group boasts of doing throughout town. Autry had me deemed a “liar”, followed with death threats and sexual harassment, and apparently conspired with my stalker in framing ME for MURDER?!? All done behind their victim’s backs – the trail shows they leave no witnesses behind. This is how they are annihilating innocent residents of Fresno.

As a former employee of Swieso, I can testify seeing this pattern done to countless others; forgeries and altered legal documents behind sewage backspills following his offers to clients of “help with home repairs.” I can provide names of 60+/- deaths, poisonings, disappearances linked to this operation – THAT IS WHAT ALAN AUTRY FEARS – THE TRUTH. The R.O. issued against me is proof of the biggest and most corrupt operation in the history of CA.

Even David A. Silva, atty – the attorney who conspired with Swieso in fraudulent legal documents, overriding my family’s final wishes, in an Irrevocable Trust, was allowed to escape. While I was reporting him, he was secretly packing up his office and fled, never to be seen again. At the same time, CA BAR Assn. was protecting and justifying the fraud as, “an accident – no harm done.”

Dept. of Real Estate sees nothing wrong with forgeries, fraud, disclosure laws and Fiduciary responsibilities being kicked aside.

Reporting the fraudulent accountant, was insignificant.

Police Dept. repeatedly called me a “liar” regarding ongoing burglaries – they even called me a “liar” regarding VIN altering, regardless it was verified by local CA Highway Patrol.

Electricity theft, hidden cameras, tapped phones, harming/killing pets, on and on – there is no help. Only more lies and death threats.
