Before you read this, it is important to know that the operation goes beyond Fresno, CA. This is something EVERYONE needs to be aware of.

The City of Fresno has spent decades conspiring with a former employee, Wilbert G. Swieso, in secret replacement of the water system. Using barbaric methods, sneaking and lying to residents, the aftermath has left the entire city setting on top of clamped sewer and water lines.

Swieso and the city risk analyst demonstrated how they create mold lawsuits / insurance claims; “plant” tenants to sue; eliminate property owners; take property by fraud, using these clamped lines. An amazing operation that to date, no one has ever figured out.

The clamped lines go beyond the obvious ones such as the those located 6″ – 8″ deep near sewer vents such as this:

Several of the group boast of urinating and more into these clamped lines, which as you can see, could not be easier. This appears to be the method of poisoning the tap water, also mentioned. Follow their trail and see the countless illnesses and deaths.

Other times they end up owning the property ~ that is when cement is poured on top of the loosened clamps. The mold climbs up the wall to the ceiling, where the focus remains. Money is poured into repairs, which of course does not help. With corrupt insurance agents and insurance adjusters, it is over before it begins. Using both techniques at the same time is even quicker ~ I endured both techniques; poison not only to discredit but left me unable to protect my family, our properties or myself.

I have since followed their trails. From MORE fraudulent and forged legal documents (verified) to seeing their “rotation” method. Property that is resold by more fraud appears to be a trap ~ more suspected homicides and forged paperwork.

Alan Autry had his entourage use this technique to “clear the path” behind his “No Neighborhood Left Behind” campaign ~ the new sidewalks throughout town. In reality, sidewalks HAD to be replaced after streets were widened; front lawns cut back; trees removed, etc.

The public did not know that his “new sidewalks” were covering up the new water system or that after these alterations took place, public records were altered to make it appear that things were always this way. No record for any of it! What you see above entailed elimination of several property owners to avoid witnesses or complaints.

City of Fresno is livid about being caught ~ reports of murder and destruction of private properties were not allowed; information behind an unsolved murder was refused. Instead, the City reacted with lies and perjury to deny what they and their group did to innocent property owners in order to pull this off. The senior risk analyst said that Alan Autry had him issue the Restraining Order against me. They have since threatened to kill me for exposing their operation; even threatening me with sexual harassment. Had they / their group not already eliminated my family and neighbors after being lied to and set up by the risk analyst, as well as attempted murder of me, how could I possibly know what they are doing? No different than the unaltered city records, which verify exactly what they are doing to public and private properties ~ their trails verify the annihilation of innocent property owners.

Why would Alan Autry have me deemed a “liar” about this? Seems to me that since reporting this is the crime ~ he is providing an open invitation / encouraging others to participate! With the groundwork already completed, annihilating others can now be done with nothing less than a screwdriver. What leadership.
