These gentlemen conspire with the City of Fresno in “clearing the path” so the secret altering of the water system can continue without leaving witnesses or complaints. They have a trail burglaries, ID theft, altered legal documents, fraudulent life insurance policies, forged deeds of people never seen again, seizing property by fraud, suspected homicide.

The result of 50 yrs of tearing the city apart and patching it back together shown below -  structures now setting on top of and next to clamped sewer and water lines. 

Is this the method being used to distribute chemicals? It could not be easier. Instead of our water system being closed and pressurized at the normal 160 lbs, a mere 1/4 turn of the tap (clockwise) shuts off the water. Clamped sections are easily removable with a twist of a screwdriver. Once a clamp is released, so is the water pressure, which is when ANYTHING can be inserted or injected into the water line. Simply retighten the clamps, turn the water back on and water pressure and service is restored. 
 

Fresno will not allow pharmaceutical testing of the tap water – same department that conspires with WGS.

Loosening the clamped sewer lines results in discharging of raw sewage. Not only illnesses and spreading of CA-MRSA, diabetics are more susceptible to the staph that breeds in raw sewage – JCW keeps a score card of all the foot amputations and deaths.

Whether or not this is the method being used for WGS and JCW’s alleged poisoning of Fresno/Clovis, CA – it has left all residents in great danger.

Anyone can now annihilate their neighbor or as many people / families as they choose, with nothing more than a screwdriver. Worse, is that the City of Fresno has altered public records to deny knowledge or responsibility for this and/or the repercussions – that is why there are no permits or inspections on record for what has taken place.  Or older records of Fresno. Disclosure laws are kicked aside (parcel maps altered at the title companies), allowing these rebuilt structures throughout town to continue being sold as “original.”

Any problems or questions pertaining to sewer or water lines result in a reminder that property owners are liable to maintain the lines on their property. In reality, these lines are connected to the City’s secretly replaced sewer and water lines, which could not have possibly been done without major reconstruction and the clamped sewer and water lines we are now faced with.
