Sexual Harassment Linked to Alan Autry? (“Bubba Skinner”)

The City of Fresno, CA’s 50-yr secret altering of the city water system entails gruesome crimes to various property owners in order to “clear the path.” After the “unsolved” murder across the street, suspected homicide of my family and neighbors and attempted murder of me in order to take our properties by fraud to secretly replace the water and sewer lines, reconstruction without permits or inspections, changes in property lines, evidence covered up with altered parcel maps and aerial views, the City of Fresno reacted to my reports with lies, threats, Restraining Order, followed by death threats if I continue to report this. Clearly, it was not intended that I would survive either.
According to Kerry Trost, senior risk analyst for the City of Fresno who committed perjury to call me a “liar” about what took place, it was former Mayor Alan Autry who had him issue the Restraining Order against me. Still in shock and overwhelmed by what transpired, rather than stand up for myself I just stood there, continuing to ask why they did this to us. That gave Mr. Trost the opportunity to call me a “liar” and “crazy” and turn the tables, making ME appear as the criminal. Actually calling ME a “danger to their lives.” Further prohibiting me from reporting this to anyone at the City of Fresno – no help, answers, restitution or justice for what was done to my family members in order to pull this off. With my paperwork and photographs of the properties stolen, he smirked, “You will never prove it.” I am referring to widening Olive Ave., relocation of fire hydrant, street lights, utility poles, etc. which there are no records for.
After the suspected homicides and fraudulent legal documents used to seize control of my family’s properties, my home torn apart and patched back in a manner that is now a shambles, I was robbed, raped, pets killed, vehicles switched, left unemployed in fear for my life as the death threats continued. It was 3 yrs later when I provided Mr. Trost with a copy of the city’s own sewer layout, which verified what I had been saying for 3 yrs, while being called a “liar.” He said, “Too bad, that is private property.” I pointed out the new water meter in the alley, which had been relocated 8′ south – he said, “That is your problem, it is on your property.” Upon reminding Mr. Trost that I do not own the alley nor maintain the city water meters, he demanded, “This is over!” In reality, the water meter is connected to the sewer vent in my back yard, which went from 2′ to 10′ from the fence – verification of what took place. Death threats increased.
In my ongoing efforts to expose this nightmare and seek help I have been posting blogs. Not only do I have a stalker who monitors, sabotages and discredits me while repeatedly reporting me to various agencies for absurd reasons, while threatening to sue and take my home (which was the initial goal – as it is the last parcel on the block to have a new deed prepared with the new property lines), I am also monitored by the City of Fresno. They destroyed my family, our properties, took everything I owned and sabotaged my property insurance so I am unable to file a claim for ANYTHING, and prohibited me from filing reports. Now this – see below:
Already living in terror as a result of what has been done to me, I contacted Raj Nagra (the abuse contact name noted on IP) in an attempt to find out who left the nasty comment on my blog. First he said he could track it down to the department. Then he said I would need to make a public records request and referred me to Bryce Marshall. Mr. Marshall refused to respond. I then contacted the City of Fresno’s “One Call Center” – Mona said she would get back to me with the name of someone who would assist me. Mona did not get back to me so I called back and spoke with Lynn (?) who told me she could not help. She refused to give me Mr. Marshall’s telephone number . When I told her this was linked to suspected homicide and death threats, she said to report it to the Police Dept. (I already did that when I reported the stalker mentioned above – they refused to give me a case number, although I did get a file number.) In short, no matter what I report, I am refused help or called a ”liar.” From ongoing burglary, vandalism and death threats - City of Fresno is covering all of this up. The goal appears to have me annihilated as done to my family and neighbors, which is why they refuse to allow reports.
Without any reports on record for what the City of Fresno is doing to innocent residents, they get by with calling their victim a “liar” because according to them – “there is no report on record.” THEY DON’T ALLOW REPORTS! Same with the unauthorized alterations to private property – they use a fake work crew to carry out the alterations then have parcel maps and aerial views altered, which allows them to deny knowledge or take responsibility for the massive code violations and health consequences (raw sewage discharges) that accompany this operation. Unsolved murders remain unsolved because they don’t allow the truth to be exposed. They offer rewards for information in order to make it appear there is concern, but to provide them with information appears to be the biggest crime of all.
I saw the city risk analyst set up my neighbor as she did to my family. My neighbor was never seen again; property torn apart and rebuilt differently; resold on a deed that looks forged.
My neighbor across the street was shot/killed when this was done to his property. “Planted” neighbors were then used as “credible witnesses” that nothing took place – just as they did when this took place on my family’s properties. Same names intertwine throughout this string of murder/s, suspected homicide, attempted murder, fraudulent / forged legal documents.
Using my behavior while being poisoned as this took place in order to continue calling me “crazy” and “liar” is no longer enough to cover up the truth – the evidence has now been exposed. Here alone, lies a string of suspected homicides, attempted murder, unsolved murder. fraudulent legal documents, forged deed, fraudulent life insurance policies, burglaries, much more within a radius of 250′. – behind secret altering of the city water system. Linked to a trail of more fraudulent / forged legal documents, suspected homicide.
According to the ringleader, this is the continuation of Bonadelle’s “secret water operation” – 50 yrs tearing the city inside out to re-direct the water for upcoming development beyond Friant/Madera. He and his group also indicated mass chemicals leaving residents oblivious to what is taking place. Coincidence that he is linked to the water districts – even conspiring in fraud with one of them, enrolling me in an LTC policy claiming I was employed by them, appointing this man, “beneficiary!” Another coincidence that Public Works, who committed perjury to keep this covered up, will not allow Fresno’s tap water to be tested for pharmaceuticals?
I told Lynn (?) at the One-Call Center that since Alan Autry was behind the Restraining Order that is covering up suspected homicide and death threats, I would re-post the above sexual harassment as linked to him. Because it is linked to him – it is the continuation of a nightmare I will not survive. Entailing rape, poisoning, hidden cameras, suspected homicide and attempted murder and much more. I have endured 10+ yrs of this hell after 14 yrs spent as a care provider. Prohibited from help or even making a report. There is no way out of this – Autry and his group have me pinned into a corner with no way out.
