Citywide Hidden Cameras Inside/Outside – Fresno, CA?

They refer to themselves as “people watchers.” A group with trails that leave little doubt of their claims of phone tapping, computer hacking, hidden cameras and tracking vehicles. One of the members of this group says his daughter, a local FBI agent, is involved in the high-tech monitoring - he hinted verichip (quite easy to do without one’s knowledge; even during a massage.) They could hardly carry out their heinous crimes without such close monitoring. They know where valuables are kept; they know the color of their victim’s underwear. They know their victim’s daily habits and whereabouts; they know who all the friends are. There is nothing they don’t know.

These are the people who are illegally relocating PG&E’s utility poles – reconnecting to illegally altered structures throughout Fresno, CA. Not only did I see them in action, they demanded that I not contact PG&E, which resulted in an additional $900+/- to my utility bill that month. I have names and I know how they are getting by with this without the public’s knowledge. Unfortunately, with numbers on the poles being transferred to the new poles, and records being altered as this takes place, PG&E insists that their poles have always been standing where they are now. They are not interested in witnesses – they only go by their records.

Look at the City of Fresno’s sewer layout below. Can you believe that the City of Fresno denies that their sewer and water lines were replaced. Done during the citywide upgrade, when sewer/water lines were being replaced in the main road. Doing this on lines connected to private properties entailed horrific damages and reconstruction – I happen to have witnessed the group behind this as well …. the SAME GROUP! For many, many years, they have been secretly altering the water system, which entails major alterations to structures throughout town. Some structures removed as others expanded – all property lines altered. A fake work crew that has been turning the city inside out, which is why there are no older records of Fresno. The sewer layout not only shows the street widening but should be enough to realize that utility poles would HAVE to be relocated in order to line back up to the altered structures.

Would you believe that the sewer layout shown above is Olive Ave., west end of the Tower District.? Old timers would find that impossible, since Olive Ave. has always been a tight, 2-lane street. With all the street-lined properties and historic buildings, widening the street would be inconceivable, yet that is exactly what was done. That is when the middle lane mysteriously appeared. Instead of any record for this taking place, plat/parcel maps were altered to make it appear that things were always as they are now.

If old records and plat/parcel maps were not being covered up, you would realize the massive alterations that have taken place throughout Fresno. Streets widened so much that blocks are now smaller. Making blocks smaller not only entails narrowing the alleys to compensate for front lawns being cut back, structures removed as others shifted down in a “ripple effect.” Done very slowly and cautiously over the past 50+/- yrs so as not to call attention. Please think about this. How is it that even though each block now has fewer homes/structures, there are twice as many utility poles. Not only are they in the alleys and easements, they are on most streets as well! Added to all the other violations behind this – take a good look at the shambles this city has become, as well as the manner these poles are now obstructing what little is left of our sidewalks! Imagine PG&E having no record of this – because it isn’t PG&E who is behind this! I saw the group – I have their names; they tried to swindle me of $2,000 to reconnect the illegally relocated pole behind my house. Upon mentioning PG&E they panicked and reconnected things, which then resulted in an additional $900+/- on my bill that month. Because PG&E’s records have been altered and the numbers on the poles have been transferred, they insist that nothing has been altered – they are OBLIVIOUS! Look below – how can this be allowed. This explains why so many wheelchair users are seen in the street – there is not enough room on the sidewalks!

A group who is carrying all of this out without any record, permits or inspections is a group that is most capable of doing exactly what they claim to be doing – monitoring all residents of Fresno; homes and offices. If you knew what they were doing to various residents, homes and contents, you would know that they would HAVE to be monitoring us in such a manner. To see the trail of ID theft, forged deeds of people never seen again, insurance fraud, bank fraud, illegal conversion of assets, suspected homicide, unsolved murder/s is further evidence of a group needing to be stopped and investigated. Including the owner of a nearby resort in the mountains, where he claims to monitor/film the guests! That is where he met his former wife who has not been seen in years; signature on deeds verified by an expert handwriting expert as being forged. In fact, it is the City and County of Fresno covering up the trail of horrors that follow this group. (This is behind secret altering of the city water system for, as the ringleader told me, upcoming water diversion.

I paid $900 for an r.f. (radio frequency) detector which registers *active.* I paid $350 for a TeleTap which registers *tapped.* Save your money. Police merely shrugged, “Did you SEE anyone install any devices?” The phone company came out and told me it was impossible – no testing. So let me leave you with this bit of information – cable boxes, clickers and/or TVs. Ceiling fans are one of the prime spots as well. I heard it more than once. Wiring through attics, covered with insulation. I also heard that this is taking place in motels.
