During that time there was a fivefold increase in flu deaths in which the child also had a staph infection, and most of those staph infections were MRSA.
In many cases, flu deaths came quickly. “Influenza was often rapidly fatal with almost half of children dying within 72 hours of the onset of symptoms and 75% dying within seven days; almost half died at home or in the emergency department,” write Finelli and colleagues.
BEWARE CA Central Valley – MRSA is being spread through the raw sewage being discharged as the valley’s secret water diversion continues without permits, inspections or safety precautions.
In ONE year, MRSA increased 300% in Fresno. Officials reacted by increasing medical benefits for themselves while slamming the door on reports pertaining to what was contributing to the nightmare. More than our water is being taken from us. Massive cover-up at the cost of human lives.

It has been indicated that mandatory swine flu vaccinations will begin with children who have asthma.

I grew up with Shari. She lived 3-4 blocks away; we went to school together. To me, she was one of the people who would remain a friend forever.
So imagine my shock when I finally got away from the group poisoning me as my family was annihilated, my family’s properties taken by fraud and rebuilt on top of the city’s secretly replaced water system, same with my home – this woman told me I was “crazy” and imagined all of this. (Approx. 2003) Confused and scared, not yet fully understanding what all had taken place, rather than help she actually reported me as being a nut case! She INSISTED that NOTHING had taken place.
Behind my back, it turns out she had convinced people I was an evil, horrible person. Why. How could she do this to me. And why her ongoing interest in my family’s financial affairs. Even when my mother died in 1983, when Shari was in the real estate business, I remember her telling me she looked into our assets and vesting of properties.
I remember her constantly reminding me when the City of Fresno dropped a huge “ball” on our properties – it shook the entire structure. (1981 – when Shari was married to a city employee.)
I remember back in the 70s she seemed angry that I would not move / relocate. Carrying on how terrible my family was and how important it was that I relocate. (I had a wonderful family – no reason to run or relocate. Throughout the years she then focused on how disgraceful my younger sister was. Playing ends?)
Finally, one of the last things was in 2000 when Shari asked me to baby sit her children – the minute I walked through the door she demanded that I sit in a chair that was facing her book case – with one of my childhood books (Nancy Drew) setting in the middle. Instead of touching it, I felt pity that she had stooped to such levels. I later recalled her talking of “nanny cameras” – was she trying to set me up to appear as a thief as others did to me – going as far as to “plant” things in my home which was used as “evidence” that I was a thief?
For quite some time I wondered why Shari claimed not to notice any changes to the building her family once owned on Olive Ave. Or why she would say that Olive Ave. was not widened. She said I was “crazy” and needed mental help for my observations. None of this ever made sense, until getting away and connecting the dots.

In the list of 18 fires, is Lucky Boy Hamburger, which Shari’s family owned.
As I said, the plotting and planning for severing ties and wiping out my family began decades earlier. Our properties were also located on Olive Ave. and we would have to be eliminated in order to “clear the path” for the secret replacement of the city water system to continue without leaving witnesses or complaints. She played my siblings and me against one another. My siblings do not understand what this woman is involved in – they stepped into the “rotation pattern” and are in great danger. My siblings’ “friends” are not their friends either – the links go back decades in preparation for what took place.
Earlier blogs describe a “rotation pattern” where friends, family and neighbors are recruited and later eliminated. Including use of various chemicals to turn victims into horrible nightmares – from psychotic, to promiscuous, to alcoholics, to suicidal, to irreversible mental damage. I have exposed the pattern and shown evidence of how it works. Shari appears to be another classic example of what I have been describing. Without going into detail, the chain of events among her own family’s nightmares line right up to the pattern down Olive Ave. Recruiting Shari would be useful in helping to annihilate others in order to “clear the path.” OF COURSE SHE SAID I WAS CRAZY AND IMAGINED ALL OF THIS! She is linked to Swieso, Mark W. and many others behind this operation.
She is also a joke among the very people she is involved with – she served her purpose, the rotation will continue. In the meantime, this is more evidence that those who discredited me the most, are behind more than most people would imagine possible.

How to get around widening it again, in order to secretly replace the city’s water system, without the public’s knowledge – it would entail altering of every structure – one by one. Impossible? Not when done right under everyone’s noses.
How about a few fires to remove various structures; reconstruction on top of the new water system?

Still think nothing unusual is taking place? It appears that I am the sole survivor after my family and neighbors were targeted for annihilation in order for the City of Fresno and their fake work crew (run by Wilbert G. Swieso) to take our 3 properties and property next door by fraud in order to carry this out.

With the street lined with people linked to this operation, to serve as “credible witnesses” that none of this took place, the City of Fresno has the audacity to say that Olive Ave. was NOT widened?!? How do they explain the middle lane that miraculously appeared? They don’t. Instead, parcel maps and aerial views were altered to make it appear that things were always this way. They committed perjury to call me a “liar” about all the above – their own sewer layout verifies exactly what I reported. Including the sewer vent in my back yard going from 2′ to 10′ from the fence/property line!
The risk analyst, who was lying about the cause of repeated sewage back spills told me that all the newly-clamped sewer and water lines were from the previous owner. Hello? My family owned these properties for generations. Look at this mess – who the hell would pay to have their property rebuilt on top of rotten, corroded sewer and water lines as shown here. Who authorized this? Where are the building permits and inspections? It was done portion at a time, the majority during the citywide upgrade in front of these properties, when the heavy equipment remained here for days.
As a matter of interest, clamped lines are sometimes deliberately loosened, covered with cement, as mold consumes the structure. Mold climbs the walls and reaches the roof, making it appear to be a roof problem, which no amount of money can repair. This is how various structures are condemned and removed; no one questions anything. Isn’t it ironic that the City of Fresno would repeatedly remind property owners that they are responsible for the sewer and water lines on their property, as they conspire in something as heinous as this -in some cases, having property insurance agents conspire in more fraud so owner loses everything. Coincidence? Mr. Swieso is a long-time insurance agent / estate planner. Forging, altering legal documents, pitting family members against one another, conspiring with various home health personnel; much more – this man has created some gruesome techniques.
Neighbor to the north of me left dead after repeated exposure of raw sewage discharges as sewer lines were being cut, altered and clamped together; neighbor to the east never seen again after the risk analyst lied to him – property also rebuilt on top of secretly replaced water system without permits or inspections. The Polzin murder, to the west, remains “unsolved” because the City of Fresno will not allow the facts to be exposed. There are others, not mentioned here.
Streets widened; property lines changed; relocation of fire hydrants, storm drains, street lights, utility poles, etc.
BONUS: I heard about this operation for 20 yrs from the ringleader, himself, Wilbert G. Swieso. Of course I did not believe him until he and Public Works were caught in action. Mr. Swieso is a former employee of the City of Fresno, who boasts of 50 yrs behind this nightmare – laughing that the public will never figure it out. OUR WATER IS BEING RE-DIRECTED AKA: “WATER SHORTAGE.” The evidence is beneath the reconstruction, new streets and new sidewalks. Yes, our new sidewalks with all the ADA violations, forcing wheel chair users into the street:
How far has this operation taken place? Look at Mr. Swieso’s business card – a map of CA with the area highlighted. In the meantime, look in your own back yard – those clamped lines are not all from “repairs” or “upgrades.” See how far they go, beneath the structure, and then go to City Hall and see for yourself that there are no permits or inspections for the major reconstruction.

The City of Fresno’s secret replacement of the water system is described on my page. CLICK: Marla This is an operation that has been going on for 50 yrs behind our backs, yet right under our noses. Replacement of the water system entails reconstruction of every parcel, so unless done in-between sales or under the guise of “renovations”, property owners are annihilated. The trail of burglaries, ID theft, forged and fraudulent legal documents, suspected homicide, unsolved murders speaks for itself.
Once targeted, there is no way out. By the time it is over, nothing is standing as it was when originally built. Hence the murders and altered pubic records ~ new deeds must be prepared. Records and aerial views are altered to make it appear that things have always been as they are now.
My family’s properties were on Olive Ave., where excavating and tie-ins to the main line would one day take place, therefore the monitoring, planning and plotting began decades earlier. This link shows the same thing being done down the entire street, through Fresno’s historic Tower Dist., which explains the loss of businesses and why the area became such a shambles. My family’s so-called “friends” throughout the years were not our “friends” ~ they were/are linked to this operation. Knowing that I would one day be left as “Successor Trustee” of my family’s properties, other blogs explain how the torch was being passed throughout the years, in setting me up for the ultimate destruction, theft, and horrors that took place. Naturally, after the “suspected” homicide of my family members, I was scheduled for elimination next. The years of planning and plotting to wipe me and the properties out entailed poisoning, which resulted in a horrible mouth and behavior, being filmed with hidden cameras/hidden recorders – what better way to sever ties and convince people of what a horrible person I was. Setting me up in countless ways; even “planting” things in my home to make me appear as a thief, which ultimately resulted in opening my home to the public to be stripped ~ everything replaced with inferior look-alike trash. Everything was stolen; photographs included ~ the few photographs that remained were scanned and altered to leave me without proof of the theft. It also covered up what was at the core of all this – clearing everything out as the structure was being entirely rebuilt on top of the city’s secretly replaced water system. With the focus on me, and stealing everything I owned, those who were recruited never suspected what was behind the smokescreen. It was not intended I would still be alive ~ with altered records and “planted” neighbors to claim nothing went on, a newcomer would never suspect what took place.
The fact that my siblings were recruited does not make any of this acceptable; they were set up no less than I was. They make those at the core of this appear legitimate at the same time they were not only being used and swindled, they are now set up in the “rotation process.” (It has been implied that 2 of the 3 are now dead. I have no idea since poisoning and severing ties is how this works – that keeps the truth from being exposed, including fraudulent and forged legal documents!)
BEHIND THE SMOKESCREEN. Of course everything HAD to be stolen because after the reconstruction of my home, my furniture and belongings no longer fit. All rooms ended up smaller. Everything, from doors, awnings, rain gutters, sinks, toilets, flooring, windows, brick fence, replaced with trash.
My large washer/dryer were switched with smaller models, because the larger ones no longer fit! Since switching antiques and various furniture would be too obvious, they were rebuilt in smaller versions. Coincidence? Swieso, the mastermind who claims 50 yrs behind this operation, is also a professional woodworker as are several others among the group.
As the sewer and water lines were being replaced in the alley, portion at a time, sewage flooded the property (more than the 3 events on record.) Each time, the City risk analyst came out and lied about the cause, as she took countless photographs OF MY BELONGINGS! Out of 250+/- photographs, she only had 10+/- …. not one photograph of where the sewage was coming from. Not one photograph of the damages. Not one photograph of the reason she claimed to be coming out. She then used her “release for clean-up” as ticket of non-responsibility for the theft, damages, illnesses that ensued. She merely said, “Not my problem.” With my documents and photographs stolen, and altered city records to cover up the street widening, relocation of storm drains, fire hydrants, etc., she demonstrated how the City of Fresno is getting by with having residents robbed and eliminated.

When you have been running a successful burglary and real estate theft operation such as this for 50 yrs, behind secret replacement of the city water system, be sure that any victim who lived to tell it would be turned into shark bait, as Alan Autry did to me. Stripped of civil and human rights, I was further robbed, raped, more pets killed/harmed. Death threats have increased in addition to the recent sexual harassment left on one of my blogs.

First of all, what are the unknown pesticides being used for the eradication of sewer roaches, sewer rats and mosquito infestations? DBCP was banned in 1977. It has a short life span yet continues to escalate in Fresno. I can’t help but suspect that this is what I saw in WGS’s storage facilities ~ gallons upon gallons of chemicals. At the time I did not question him, because I was totally unaware of his “secret sideline.” For now, some information regarding DBCP in Fresno, CA.

Earlier attempts to kill me have already been made ~ behind the poisoning and hidden cameras to justify the horrors. Suspected homicide of my family and neighbors behind Alan Autry’s “new sidewalks” and “infrastructure upgrade.” In addition to the suspected homicides and unsolved murders linked to this operation …..
Illness, infections and disease are being spread through the new water system.
In case you are not aware of the new water system, that is because it was installed without the public’s knowledge; now tied into the “infrastructure upgrade.” But not in compliance with State and/or Federal guidelines. Major building, safety, environmental and health code violations are affecting the masses.
In Fresno, our officials have put more effort into covering up the evidence, than on the welfare or safety of residents. As the city was being turned inside out to replace the water system, public records were being altered to cover up the evidence, which allowed our city officials to deny any knowledge or responsibility for the aftermath.
Upon being caught, Senior risk analyst claims it was Alan Autry who ordered the Restraining Order to be issued against me ~ calling me a “liar” about this as well as the gruesome crimes being committed against unsuspecting residents in order to “clear the path” so this can continue. They committed perjury followed by death threats if I continue to expose this.

TAKE HEED, FRESNO! SWINE FLU AND MRSA ARE A DEADLY COMBINATION
City of Fresno is knowingly, deliberately spreading staph/MRSA behind ongoing discharging of toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage as they and their fake work crews secretly replace the city water system. Illness, respiratory, cellulitis, hepatitis, diabetic foot amputations, more. They alter records to cover up the evidence, allowing them to claim no knowledge or responsibility for the damages, code violations and health crisis that accompany their operation. Response from the risk analyst, who is PAID to lie to property owners about the cause behind sewage back spills, “Not my problem.”

Reducing the risk of swine flu ~ wash your hands, blah, blah, blah. Didn’t we hear this during the MRSA outbreak? When our city officials reacted to the crises by increasing their own medical benefits while feigning concern for our welfare by telling us to “wash our hands?”
They were/are KNOWINGLY spreading MRSA through toxic, infectious, disease-carrying raw sewage being DELIBERATELY discharged during their secret replacement of the water system ~ trail of illness, infections, respiratory, cellulitis, hepatitis, foot amputations, death. Reports about what was contributing to the escalation in MRSA were NOT ALLOWED, as doctors and hospitals continued being blamed.
Before I mention this new swine flu scare tactic and the so-called “concern” for residents, I want to first make sure that everyone understands how the raw sewage is affecting our tap water, which will make sense when you reach the bottom of this bulletin.
The City is using a fake work crew to replace sewer and water lines on private property – they are not authorized or licensed, there are no permits or inspections, they are destroying our city as well as the water infrastructure which is now clamped together. The City then alters records to cover up the evidence of this barbaric operation, so they can deny all knowledge and/or responsibility for the aftermath!
Keep in mind that raw sewage seeps back into the groundwater. So do the pesticides being used for the eradication of the sewer roaches, sewer rats and mosquito infestations that accompany this operation. THAT IS NOT ALL. This group boasts of URINATING, DEFECTING AND POSSIBLY ADDING POISON INTO THE CLAMPED WATER LINES AS WELL, leaving another trail of illness and death.
Below is an example of what they are leaving behind on private property throughout town (and from what I understand, this is taking place throughout the entire CA central valley.) Aside from the sick-building syndrome and sewage pollution this is creating, imagine entire cities setting on top of clamped lines. Can you imagine the water that comes from this nasty trash. Not to mention MORE raw sewage as these lines crack and break.
It should come as no surprise to learn that Fresno’s tap water is now so foul and nasty that pregnant women, babies and people with compromised immune systems are advised not to drink it! It is loaded with human waste and pesticides (i.e., “nitrates!”)
Now we are being warned about swine flu in Fresno County. Once again we are instructed to “wash our hands.” With water that is not suitable to drink! We are further advised to keep our hands away from our face ~ good idea since we are washing our hands in traces of urine, feces, pesticides and unknown contaminants coming from our faucets!

We often hear about concerns of our nation’s water infrastructure being taken over by outsiders. How easy it would be to poison or sicken an entire nation via our water infrastructure. Even create a pandemic. They refer to such acts as, “terrorism.”
According to various articles, swine flu breeds in unsanitary conditions. I can’t think of a more unsanitary condition than the one discovered in Fresno, CA. Where residents are being lied to and even killed as the entire water infrastructure is being replaced for upcoming development of Schwarzenegger’s dams, casinos, housing, golf courses, etc. Public records are being altered to cover up what is taking place. Perjury and death threats for reporting this.
Deadly bacteria and diseases are KNOWINGLY being spread through our water infrastructure.

As a matter of interest, Fresno’s Mayor Alan Autry had a Restraining Order issued against me for reporting this operation. AFTER he had my family lied to, robbed and annihilated to pull it off on our properties. His associate, Wilbert Swieso, had fraudulent legal documents and fraudulent insurance policy prepared in anticipation of taking over (which they did.) Neighbor across the alley also appears to have been eliminated after Autry’s risk analyst set him up too. (I saw Swieso forge the wife’s name on an insurance application.) Neighbor across the street was murdered to carry this out. Next-door-neighbor was left dead after repeated exposure to raw sewage. Staph, respiratory, cellulitis, hepatitis, amputation, more. Reports were not allowed as Autry had the tables turned and deemed ME the criminal. (Because it was not intended that I would still be alive either ~ I had been poisoned, robbed, raped, filmed with hidden cameras, told I would be meeting the others, “in another world.” Autry had the focus misguided so this can continue.

Anyone who knows Wilbert G. Swieso is aware of his offers to elderly insurance and estate planning clients of “help with home repairs.” Like clock work, 3 things ALWAYS happen:
1. Sewage back spills. On some occasions, he calls upon his plumber son for repairs, which makes it appear that daddy doesn’t know anything about plumbing when in fact, he is creating the problems. (He taught his son the plumbing business!)
2. More “home repairs” continue to escalate. (Swieso has his own work crew for what ultimately takes place.)
2. Someone becomes sick / dying.
I knew Swieso 20 yrs, even employed by him on 2 occasions so believe me when I say that I saw this carried out countless times. Even after hearing about his secret water diversion project, never did it occur to me what he was doing, until becoming one of his victims.
The sewage back spills are from secret replacement of the water and sewer lines. Done portion at a time, no one sees or suspects what is taking place.
The additional home repairs are the result of damages that occur as water and sewer lines are switched and clamped together.
Hospitalization leaves no one home, which allows Swieso and his entourage to carry out major alterations without the owner’s knowledge or consent.
Below is what Swieso and his group did to my property ~ here are my “new” sewer and water lines. Not only nasty, foul water but these lines will break at any time. My entire home was torn apart and rebuilt on top of this clamped trash.
It did not end with this. Swieso had big plans. He conspired with his estate attorney who had an office next door to his, in fraudulent legal documents ~ appointing himself, “Successor Trustee” of my family’s 2 income properties next door. Behind my back he had my insurance statements removed from my mail. Even though I continued to pay online, the amount was “off” by a few dollars, resulting in a 30-day notice of cancellation, which I did not see either. Swieso conspired with my property insurance agent, who was sending MY business to Swieso’s office. Cancellation / non-renewal. At the same time, he had loosened the clamped water lines on my family’s 2 estate properties, which created a massive mold problem. Money was being poured into repairs and a new roof, which did not help anything. The “planted” tenant was going to sue and own all. (Trail of this.)
Mr. Swieso’s associate Jeffry Winslow, boasted of eliminating his wife and taking her family’s properties by fraud ~ that is what they were in the midst of doing to me. Mr. Swieso is a former employee of the City of Fresno ~ he conspired with the risk analyst in lying to my neighbors and me about the cause of sewage back spills. We were being deluged in toxic, disease-carrying, raw sewage. My handicapped uncle’s hospitalizations coincided with these sewage back spills. I endured ongoing illness, respiratory and cellulitis of both feet. My neighbor contracted hepatitis and staph; his foot was so infected it had to be amputated; he died at age 50. The risk analyst merely said, “Not my problem.” She continued taking pictures of my belongings, that were later stolen, then denied taking the pictures!
By the time it was over, they had succeeded in running us off our 2 income properties, suspected homicide of my family members. All 3 properties gutted and rebuilt on top of clamped sewer and water lines; income properties resold by more fraud on deeds reflecting new property lines. It was not expected I would still be alive ~ fraudulent legal documents; fraudulent insurance policy (he stated in his own handwriting I was employed by one of the water districts he services) appointing himself “beneficiary; all assets distributed. I was poisoned, robbed, raped, filmed with hidden cameras, and told I would be meeting the others, “in another world.” My home was left a shambles, homeowners insurance sabotaged so I cannot file a claim for anything.

I had seen this same pattern done to so many others ~ forging legal documents and insurance papers while Swieso cited his motto, “You can’t live for the dead.” Yet reporting him to Principal Insurance went no where. Reporting the corrupt attorney who conspired with Swieso in the fraudulent documents resulted in CA BAR Assn. deeming his actions, “an accident ~ no harm done.” Further stating that I did not have enough evidence to prove he was involved in wrongdoing. By prohibiting me from filing a report about our properties being torn apart and rebuilt on top of the city’s secretly replaced sewer and water lines, they turned the tables and not only called me a “liar” but deemed ME a danger to THEM! Knowing that all my old documents and photographs had been stolen or scanned/altered to make it appear that nothing took place, Kerry Trost, Sr Risk Analyst smirked, “You will never prove it.” No help, no justice for my murdered family members, no restitution ~ they completely annihilated my family, stripped me of everything I owned, attempted murder, suspected homicide of my family, called me a “liar” without any help or recourse for ANY OF THIS!
The City of Fresno not only committed perjury to call me a “liar” about what took place but even denied their own street widening, relocation of storm drains, fire hydrants, storm drains. Death threats followed if I continue to expose this.
Imagine their surprise when I provided them with a copy of their own unaltered sewer layout, which verifies exactly what took place. The criminal networking behind this is massive. People are being murdered so this group can seize control of their property to alter the water system without complaints or witnesses. Our water is being diverted for upcoming development beyond Friant / Madera where Swieso owns property. He took me on a tour and showed me the area, boasting that no one would ever figure out how he managed to pull this off. Comparing himself to Hitler, carrying on that he is braver than anyone else when it comes to breaking laws and bypassing water regulations.
There is no help. After 14 yrs spent as a care provider to family (while being poisoned and set up for what was coming), I have spent the next 10 yrs in an isolated hell beyond any hell imaginable. By this point, it is clear I will not survive much longer, which is why I am leaving more information online. Swieso and his group have pinned me into a corner with no way out ~ it is not over until a new deed has been prepared so believe me when I say that they and the City of Fresno keep me closely monitored and sabotaged in my attempts to seek help. Swieso is a con who is light-years ahead of everyone else. Reporting him is the crime. After the treatment from the Fresno agency, I am not so sure they did not assist him in doing this to my family and me. Final note: For those who have always been in awe over Swieso’s so-called “knack” at locating hard-to-find objects at yard sales or auctions, now you know the truth ~ he is a thief. His techniques are beyond belief (not mentioned here.)

No one ever questioned him. Believing and trusting in this man, no one saw or suspected his motives.
He claimed our water infrastructure was in need of replacement; so as main roads were being torn up, the heavy equipment blocked the view to all the private properties being torn apart and rebuilt without permits or inspections on top of haphazardly-clamped sewer and water lines.
No mention of a new water system hidden beneath the new construction, tied into the main line beneath the new roads. Or the murders that took place in order to “clear the path” for his so-called “infrastructure upgrade” to be carried out.

Mayor Autry wanted recognition for his “No Neighborhood Left Behind” campaign ~ new sidewalks and gutters throughout Fresno! Not once did he mention the street widening that accompanied his “new sidewalks.” Such as Olive Ave., in front of the murders and real estate theft being covered up.
Or the residential street, where more suspected homicides and fraudulent documents are being covered up.
As if this is not bad enough, check this out. Public records were altered to make it appear that these streets were always this wide. This how the City of Fresno avoids being held responsible for the massive damages, code violations, health crises, etc. Including the ongoing escalation in ADA violations, forcing wheel chair users into the streets!
How can all of this be done without complaints or witnesses? The area is first lined with people linked to this operation ~ others are robbed and killed, as the “planted” neighbors claim that nothing took place.

The death threats against me continue to escalate. They are going to have me killed, just as my family, neighbors, friends and others were in order for this to be pulled off. Does Alan Autry actually believe I would “jack him off?!?” Or that I would even find the idea to be anything less than disgusting? When you add this to others among his group spewing horrible things, as far as accusing me of murdering my own family and providing strangers on the internet with my full name, phone number and address, after being poisoned, filmed with hidden cameras, raped, robbed and told I would be meeting the others, “in another world” ~ I filed a Police report against this man.
He may have hammered the final nail in my coffin, but I won’t take the truth with me.
